EMDR Intensive & Holistic Psychotherapy
Providing memory reprocessing therapy to patients in Western Massachusetts and beyond.
Our mission is to utilize the powerful benefits of memory reprocessing therapy tools,
to help you regain your confidence and serenity.
Have you been feeling this way?
I don’t feel my emotions. I don’t know if I can trust my emotions.
I feel out of control… and overwhelmed in certain situations.
I can’t stop worrying. I can’t get out of the anxiety rabbit hole.
I feel disempowered and insignificant when communicating with others.
I get easily irritated and lash out at my loved ones.
A sudden flashback brings back the powerless me, and causes a panic attack.
Therapy Can Help
You may have some ideas about why these feelings or thoughts happen, and you may be seeking some answers. Regardless of the types of issues you are having or where you are in the process of self-discovery, therapy work, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, can help you regain confidence and serenity.
How I Work With You
Intensives
The intensive model has the advantage of processing memories more efficiently, leading to faster results.
Adjunct Therapy
I’m happy to collaborate with you and your primary therapist by offering short-term adjunct trauma-focused therapy with EMDR or other memory reprocessing methods.
Consultation
Not sure where to start or what types of therapy treatment you need? I offer short-term consultation services.
Pricing
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, private pay, and clients whose Massachusetts (and Vermont for telehealth sessions) insurance can be billed out-of-network. Intensives are not covered by insurance, and insurance companies will often cover one hour per day, and the remaining costs will be out of pocket or an HSA and FSA eligible expense.

FAQ
- What is EMDR?
- EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy. It was developed in the 1980’s as a form of psychotherapy for resolving the symptoms of traumatic and other disturbing life experiences. Learn more from the EMDR International Association.
- Is this therapy right for my symptoms?
- EMDR and memory reprocessing therapy are for anyone who has experienced trauma. I will discuss with you in detail whether EMDR is a good option, depending on your history and symptoms. EMDR is intended to work on events in your past that are affecting your present. As such, it is not appropriate for those currently in unsafe environments.
- What is EMDR treatment like?
- EMDR consists of 8 separate phases, advancing depending on your progress as we work together. Whether treatment takes place using the weekly or the intensive approach, our sessions emphasize different modalities, such as psychoeducation and insight orientation. I also incorporate body-oriented mindfulness activities in every session.
